I’m a Senior Software Engineer at Charter, where I work on high-scale backend systems managing over 1 billion daily API transactions. My role spans multiple key areas: leading the core gateway team that handles all API interactions with Charter, developing AI standards and SOPs that will be implemented across the organization, and building Dispatch — an intelligent ticket triage system that automates Jira workflow management.
What I Do
- Lead and mentor junior developers on daily tasks, system architecture, and operational best practices
- Facilitate bi-weekly release processes with automated MOP creation, deployment status tracking, and test automation
- Implement AI functionality within engineering processes, including SOP creation and agent-driven workflows
- Build and integrate new features with external partners (Disney, Peacock, Hulu) and internal Spectrum systems

Dispatch - Intelligent Ticket Triage
- Analyzes stacks of Jira tickets and automatically triages them to appropriate teams and workflows
- Daily cron job pulls Jira tickets into SQLite, uses AI agent to analyze and sort tickets, then pushes updates back to Jira

PartyTime - OSRS Plugin
- Tracks drop parties at the Grand Exchange with collective aggregation for the Old School RuneScape community
